Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and FushaLoop (“FushaLoop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you visit fushaloop.com, create an account, use lessons or speaking review, purchase Pro, or use the billing portal.

By using FushaLoop, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you purchase a subscription, you also agree to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the recurring-billing terms shown before Checkout.

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are 13 through 17, a parent or legal guardian must permit and supervise your use and agree to these Terms for you. FushaLoop account and subscription features are not available to children under 13.

FushaLoop provides independent supplemental practice for Modern Standard Arabic learners. Features may include curriculum-aligned vocabulary, guided listening and speaking, typed practice, transcript comparison, saved attempts, review queues, mastery status, and subscription access.

FushaLoop supplements books, teachers, and classroom study. It is not a school, accredited course, certification authority, or substitute for professional language instruction. No completion certificate, fluency result, examination outcome, or specific learning result is promised.

We may add, improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features. We will avoid materially reducing a paid subscription during its current paid term without a reasonable operational, security, legal, or provider-related reason.

References to book titles, unit progression, and trademarks identify the materials learners may already be studying. Those names and underlying publications belong to their respective owners. FushaLoop uses its own software, interface, practice mechanics, and connective instructional copy. You are responsible for obtaining any book or course material you need through lawful channels.

FushaLoop uses passwordless email links and may offer Google sign-in. You are responsible for controlling access to the email or Google account used to sign in and for activity under your FushaLoop account.

Provide accurate information, do not share account access outside your household, and notify support@fushaloop.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not create accounts in bulk, impersonate another person, or use another user’s account without permission.

Microphone use is optional. Signed-in audio may be sent through Vercel’s AI Gateway to OpenAI for transcription. Signed-out browser recognition may be processed by the browser or operating-system provider. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Transcription and automated feedback can be inaccurate, particularly with short recordings, background noise, dialect differences, uncommon names, or unclear audio. Current FushaLoop scores primarily compare recognized words with a target phrase. They do not provide a complete phonetic, tajwīd, dialect, or teacher-level assessment.

Review AI output before relying on it. You may use typed Arabic instead of the microphone. FushaLoop may limit recording duration, daily free usage, request volume, or Pro usage that is automated, abusive, or materially exceeds ordinary individual learning use.

Unit 1 and a limited number of daily AI speaking reviews may be available without charge. FushaLoop Pro unlocks the paid features described on the pricing page and at Checkout.

• Automatic renewal: Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
• Charge: Stripe charges the payment method associated with your subscription at the price and frequency shown at Checkout, plus any applicable tax shown there.
• Authorization: By submitting Checkout, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected plan until cancellation.
• Cancellation: You may cancel online through the Stripe billing portal available from your FushaLoop dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid access ordinarily continues through the current paid period.
• Receipts: Stripe sends transaction or subscription confirmations to the billing email you provide.

If we change a recurring price, we will provide advance notice required by applicable law. A price change will not take effect before the next renewal identified in that notice. If you do not agree, cancel before the stated effective renewal date.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. That policy includes a 14-day first-purchase refund window, protections for duplicate or erroneous charges, and a limited annual-renewal review.

Contact support@fushaloop.com before filing a payment dispute so we can investigate promptly. This request does not limit any rights you have with your bank, card network, Stripe, or applicable law.

You may use FushaLoop for personal, lawful learning. You may not:

• attack, probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or defeat security, access controls, subscription gates, or usage limits;
• use bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated recording tools to extract content or consume AI services;
• reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or malicious content;
• resell, sublicense, publicly redistribute, or create a competing dataset from FushaLoop content;
• use the service to violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights; or
• misrepresent FushaLoop as an official publisher product or represent automated feedback as a certified language assessment.

FushaLoop and its licensors retain rights in the software, design, original instructional presentation, practice mechanics, branding, and service content. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service for personal learning while the applicable features are available to you.

You retain rights you already have in responses or other material you submit. You grant FushaLoop a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and analyze that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your voice or learning responses.

If you believe material on FushaLoop infringes your rights, email support with identification of the work, the material at issue, your contact information, and a good-faith explanation. We may request additional information before acting.

FushaLoop depends on services including Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, Stripe, and Google sign-in when enabled. Their availability, terms, and privacy practices may affect particular features. FushaLoop is not responsible for a third party’s independent website, account, or service, but we remain responsible for choosing and configuring providers with reasonable care.

You may stop using FushaLoop at any time. Canceling Pro does not by itself delete your account or learning history; request account deletion separately under the Privacy Policy.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risk, illegal activity, material or repeated violation of these Terms, nonpayment, provider restrictions, or risk to other users. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Termination does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FushaLoop is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free transcription, compatibility with every browser or device, permanent availability of a particular unit or provider, or a specific learning outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow particular disclaimers, so those disclaimers apply only to the extent lawful where you live.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FushaLoop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or learning opportunities arising from the service.

For claims not lawfully excluded, FushaLoop’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid FushaLoop during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $50. This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

If your intentional unlawful conduct or material breach of these Terms causes a third-party claim against FushaLoop, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses and costs directly resulting from that conduct, to the extent permitted by law. We will notify you and allow reasonable participation in the defense. This section does not require consumers to indemnify FushaLoop for our own conduct.

Contact support@fushaloop.com first and describe the issue and requested resolution. We will try in good faith to resolve it promptly.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal and state law, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections where you live. If informal resolution fails, either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court or another court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not require private arbitration and do not waive a right to participate in a class action where that right exists.

We may update these Terms to reflect service, provider, pricing, security, or legal changes. The revised date will appear here. We will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect when required by law. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel any subscription before its next renewal.
